IBS Electronics Philippines Moves to a State-of-the-Art Office Facility in Paz Madrigal Plaza, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Expanding Operations

“We’ll be moving into the new office this September,” said Dureza. “The new place will be able to provide the best accommodations for our employees, partners, and clients in an environment that reflects our continued commitment to excellence.” 

At the intersection of the Makati Central Business District and the growth corridor south of the metro, Paz Madrigal Plaza presents a location potential for traditional offices and corporate headquarters. 

The address is strategically located, connected directly to tollways and freeways enabling mobility, integrated with public transportation, and thriving in a township designed for human interaction. 

In particular, the property is situated in a long stretch of commercial establishments at the intersections of Alabang-Zapote Road and Finance Street, Madrigal Business Park.  

Management echoed that due to its strategic position and ongoing development in adjacent properties, it is considered a desirable property with strong potential for commercial, and mixed-use development.
