Lotus Eletre: The All-Electric SUV That's Ready to Take on the World

Lotus, the British automaker known for its lightweight sports cars, has unveiled its first all-electric SUV, the Eletre. The Eletre is a dual-motor design with a range of up to 373 miles, and it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in less than three seconds. It can also charge from 10% to 80% in 20 minutes, adding up to 74 miles of range in 5 minutes.

The Eletre is based on Lotus's new Electric Vehicle Architecture (EVA), which is designed to be scalable and adaptable for a range of different vehicles. It’s he first vehicle to use the EVA platform, but Lotus plans to use it for future SUVs, sedans, and sports cars.
