MobileTek, a global leader of IoT since 2009, has launched a line of compact automotive-grade modules that supports LTE Advanced Category 4 (Cat 4) networks to provide quality service that is cost effective.
MobileTek proudly presents the T100 series, based on the QUALCOMM MDM9628 platform manufactured in strict accordance with IATF16949 quality standards. The new module enables faster time to market and higher market yield for 4G M2M applications such as tracking transportation, telematics, and security systems.
T100 is a multi-band type module compatible with the existing EDGE and GSM / GPRS network, supporting a smooth migration between 2G, 3G, and 4G technology while delivering fast data rates up to 50 Mbps upload ratio and 150 Mbps download ratio.
The module is made to last in a harsh working environment, where the materials are tested to sustain high levels of bump, shock, and vibration. It also has an operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C, making them suitable for work in the automotive industry.
This module comes in compact LGA packaging measuring 33 x 37 x 3 mm that supports standard industry interfaces like USB 2.0, PCM, SPI, SGMII, eCall, FOTA and functions including Android RIL Support, USB drivers for Linux, Windows, and Android.
