Q: What is your role in IBS Electronics?  

A: I started out as an inside salesperson, but I am now a senior account manager for IBS. Currently, my responsibilities include strategically handling consumers, facilitating the sale from beginning to end, boosting sales, and upholding the highest standards of customer relations.

Q: What does an average day in the life of a sales representative entail?

A: A typical day in the life of a sales representative typically consists of emails, phone calls to and from clients, selling, and product presentations. Also, if we are allowed, we will conduct face-to-face customer visits.

Q: How long have you been with IBS?  

A: I have been with IBS for seven years. I have a friend who once worked with IBS, and they were only able to speak highly about the company and the way they care for its staff. Now that I am part of the company, I am proud to be in an organization that ensures that its employees are respected and heard.

Q: What is your experience in the electronics industry in your role:  

A: I have spent nearly 24 years working in the electronics industry. Given that I have previously had positions in production planning, material control, and sales, I feel comfortable with my knowledge in this field. I feel like I already have a solid understanding of the products.

Q: What is your advice for those who want to be in sales?  

A: Maintaining a positive attitude is my best piece of advice since in sales, all development occurs beyond your comfort zone. IBS Electronics Inc.-PH has received certification as a Great Place to Work because we offer a secure environment where you may freely hone your abilities.
