Qspeed Semiconductor provides highly-efficient power diodes for AC-to-DC power supplies, inverters, motor controls, and other power applications greater than 150W. The Qspeed Semiconductor portfolio includes 600V PFC rectifiers from the Q-Series, X-Series, and new H-Series families, as well as 300V Q-Series output rectifiers.
