Phenitec caters to three customer models: Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM), offering a comprehensive solution encompassing design, development, manufacturing, packaging, and sales; Fabless, focusing on design, development, and sales, like its parent company Torex; and Original, where Phenitec designs, develops, and manufactures products to be packaged and sold by its customers.

The company's product lineup includes silicon power semiconductors, MOSFETs, IGBTs, SBDs, and power supply CMOS ICs, along with advanced silicon carbide (SiC) SBDs, known for their superior physical properties.
