Advanced Linear Devices

Advanced Linear Devices (ALD) develops, manufactures and markets precision CMOS linear integrated circuits. Founded in 1985, the company continues to be a supplier of analog semiconductors to many OEM manufacturers of industrial controls, instrumentation, computers, medical devices, automotive, and telecommunications products.

Advanced Linear Devices, Inc., (ALD) develops and manufactures ultra-low-power, precision CMOS analog integrated circuits and related board level products, incorporating the company’s exclusive EPAD® technology. ALD’s standard products include a full complement of “best-of-breed” ultra-low-charge-injection low-voltage analog switches, dual-slope A/D converters and digital processors, precision voltage comparators, rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifiers, and low-drift CMOS timers with high discharge output, as well as an extensive selection of enhancement, depletion, and zero-threshold mode EPAD matched small signal MOSFET arrays for OEMs in a broad spectrum of industries, including industrial control, computer, instrumentation, automotive, and telecom.

Products that ALD offers include: ultra-low VOS at ultra low input bias rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifiers, ultra-low charge injection low voltage analog switches, precision CMOS voltage comparators with high output current drivers, ultra low signal power EPAD voltage comparators, low drift CMOS timers with high discharge output, precision matched pair small signal N-channel or P-channel MOSFET arrays and EPAD® MOSFETs.

ALD also offers dual slope integrating analog processors, digital voltmeter chipsets, and a line of ±5 1/2 digit DVM (digital voltmeter) boards. Many products incorporate EPAD® (Electrically Programmable Analog Devices) technology for in-circuit trimming of offset and threshold voltages.
