ILSI America LLC has been a market leader in frequency control products for over 25 years. ILSI America, founded in 1986, is a global leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of advanced frequency control components. Focused on the development and supply of quartz and MEMS based products, ILSI offers a broad range of products that includes quartz crystals, crystal oscillators, MEMs oscillators, TCXOs, filters and resonators in a variety of package sizes and types. ILSI’s crystal oscillator packages include their clock oscillator, VCXO, TCXO, TCVCXO and OCXO products.

In addition, ILSI offers ceramic resonators and filters. ILSI also manufactures equivalent products to Saronix and Raltron oscillators, and to Raltron crystals. ILSI matches the available frequencies and package types of Saronix and Raltron oscillators and Raltron crystals. All ILSI’s crystals and clock oscillator, VCXO, TCXO products are manufactured to the highest quality standards under ILSI’s Factory Control Systems and part numbers.

ILSI is recognized for having fast and flexible supply solutions and competitive pricing for their frequency control products including quartz crystals, clock and crystal oscillators, VCXO.

In 2013 ILSI acquired MMD Monitor/Quartztek. The acquisition of MMD Monitor/Quartztek doubled their existing World Wide Frequency Control print position and active customer base. The ILSI acquisition of MMD was executed with no interruption whatsoever to our customers supply chain. ILSI now having significantly increased sales levels in Southern, CA where MMD Monitor Monitor/Quartztek was based, necessitated in 2013 to open two new Regional Sales Offices handling the Los Angeles, CA, Orange County, CA, and San Diego, CA territories.

ILSI America LLC acquired Ecliptek Corporation

The new company, Ecliptek LLC, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ILSI, and will be headquartered in Reno, NV with an additional location in Southern California.

The Ecliptek brand will continue to be supported for both new and existing customers in the frequency control marketplace without interruption. The transition of ownership to ILSI will be seamless to our valued customer base.
